Adverse events have not been monitored in the study. Please clarify why adherence data were available for only a subset of the study participants. Physiotherapists were trained prior to the start of the study to assess adherence at each visit using a standardized re-assessment form. However, in some re-assessment forms, the question on adherence was left in blank (missing data). Discretionary Revisions Suggest use of subtitles to improve clarity. For example, under outcomes, use subtitles such as: primary outcome measures, secondary outcomes measures, and adherence. The text has been edited according to the reviewer’s suggestion.
